What is the sauce? Butter? Mayo? Saucy sauce?
And I tried to duplicate your salmon poached in butter recipe. I got the flavors right, but not the consistency (too much fluid) and my salmon was not as flaky as yours, which could be the hunk of vacuum packed frozen Whole Foods salmon I used.
